Join us for a special 6-week series of Parent & Tot Fitness Classes!

Class Times:
Thursdays  11am-12pm

Starting Mid-Sept 2019
6 weekly sessions

Class Description:
Activities will be designed for parent & child/baby participation based on age and mobility. With minimal equipment used, participants can expect to be challenged with little more than the use of their own body weight. Perfect for beginners and those seeking a moderate exercise routine, or working back into fitness following delivery.  Let the little ones burn off some energy as we work on strength, conditioning, balance, and body-awareness!

Who can Register?
Best-suited for one or two parents and their pre-mobile babies or walking infants/toddlers up to age 3.

Cost $60 (6 classes)
Community Membership required

Jaimee has been leading fitness and yoga to participants of all ages for the past 20 years. She is also a personal trainer and recreation programmer. As a Mama, she understands the fine balance and importance of staying fit while keeping the little ones entertained! Come on out to enjoy a workout that everyone can be a part of.
