Regular Weekly Classes
Mondays 6:30-7:30pm (Beginner/Restorative Yoga)
Tuesday Mornings 9:30am-10:45am (Hatha Yoga with Glenda)
Tuesday Evenings 7-8pm (alternating yoga styles)
Thursdays 7-8pm (alternating yoga styles)
Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes early. Doors are locked promptly at class start time.
Beginner / Restorative Yoga Classes
A slower-paced class with basic poses and attention to alignment. Ideal for people of all ages and abilities.
Every Monday at 6:30-7:30pm
