Parkhill Yoga Class Schedule

Regular Weekly Classes

Tuesdays & Thursdays 7-8pm
Sundays 2:30-3:30pm (Sept-May)

All classes are one hour long. Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes early. Doors are locked promptly at class start time.

Special Class Series - Critical Alignment Therapy!
Critical Alignment Therapy (CAT) mobilizes and aligns the spinal column, restoring crucial mobility, balance and spaciousness to the rest of the body. Used to reduce or eliminate chronic pain in the hips, shoulders and/or back, it is an excellent tool for anyone looking for lasting relief. More Info
Wednesdays starting July 3rd

NEW Beginner Yoga Classes!

During this 6 week program, we will introduce you to the basic poses, alignment, & use of props. Ideal for people of all ages.
Mondays 6:30-7:30pm starting June 3rd
Tuesdays 12 noon-1 pm starting June 11th

Outdoor Yoga! Meet us in the fresh air studio at the back of the hall when the weather permits.

During the summer months, if the weather is good, our 7 pm Tuesday/Thursday class will be practicing outside around the back of the hall.
