We will discuss these subjects and more! Join us for a restorative (and digestive) yoga practice followed by healthy discussion, food demo and more.

Regular Weekly Classes

Mondays 6:30-7:30pm (Beginner/Restorative Yoga)
Tuesday Mornings 9:30am-10:45am (Hatha Yoga with Glenda)
Tuesday Evenings 7-8pm (alternating yoga styles)
Thursdays 7-8pm (alternating yoga styles)

Please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes early. Doors are locked promptly at class start time.
