Parkhill Yoga

Our comfortable, spacious studio space is known for its welcoming atmosphere, located in the main hall of the Parkhill Community Centre. We offer fun and challenging classes in yoga, fitness & wellness-related workshops for all levels of experience. Our teachers are highly trained, certified professionals that come from many other prominent yoga studios around the city.

Yoga is for everyone and its benefits are endless. It is our goal to offer yoga, fitness, health & wellness classes that are accessible and encourage individual and community well-being.

About Us

The Parkhill Stanley Park Community Association is pleased to offer a local yoga program for all levels of experience. We welcome people from all communities in Calgary. Our program is located at the Parkhill Community Hall, 4013 Stanley Rd SW.

Parkhill Yoga Memberships (annual cost):

There is a $10 Annual Yoga Membership that will be required to purchase as an “add-on” to your Community Membership for class attendance and to qualify for discounted class fees.

What to Expect for Indoor Classes:

  • Please register for classes prior to attending
  • Please bring a mask and wear it to your mat. At your mat, you can take it off during class.
  • Our space is cleaned and vacuumed thoroughly before each class by professional cleaners.
  • Class sizes are limited to 10 people per class for a minimum of 6 feet of distancing, pre-registration online is mandatory.
  • Please purchase yoga class passes online. No payments will be accepted on-site.
  • Bring your mat and any props you need, we will not be providing yoga supplies.
  • Keep all your belongings with you beside your mat including outdoor shoes.
  • Bathrooms will be open if needed.

We are very fortunate to have some of Calgary’s most talented, professional yoga teachers that come to us from several neighbouring studios. They are by far some of the BEST in the industry.

    Four affordable housing providers have been selected to purchase five parcels of City-owned land at below-market value in the communities of Crescent Heights, Erlton, Haysboro, Erin Woods and Shaganappi. These developments are expected to create 387 new affordable homes for Calgarians. The location in Erlton, at 108 Mission Rd will impact our community.
