Parkhill Yoga Schedules

Outdoor Yoga Spring/Summer 2021

Starting June 9th, 2021

Every Wednesday
6 – 7 pm
Parkhill Community Hall (around back)

** Please note ** We will move classes inside the spacious community hall in the case of bad weather.

  • Please register for classes, health restrictions apply for maximum attendance.
  • All levels welcome
  • Wear something comfortable
  • Bring bug spray and sunscreen if needed.
  • No membership required, but reduced rates are available for yoga members (we welcome people from ALL communities in Calgary)
  • Class price is $8 for members, $16 for non-members
  • Class passes are available to purchase in 5 or 10 class increments for simplicity.

Hold class-pass punch card from our previous season?

We have your cards and left-over credits are valid for using this season. Our lovely volunteer attendance manager Erin will email you a summary of what you have left to use.

Indoor Yoga Fall/Winter 2021

Join us indoor for fall and winter yoga classes.
The classes will follow all social distancing measures and precautions for COVID safety (see below).

REGISTER FOR A CLASS

What to Expect for Indoor Classes:

  • Our space is cleaned and vacuumed thoroughly before each class by professional cleaners.
  • Class sizes are limited to 8 people per class for a minimum of 8 feet of distancing, pre-registration online is mandatory.
  • Please purchase yoga class passes online. No payments will be accepted on-site.
  • Teachers will maintain adequate distancing and will not walk around class.
  • Teachers will not offer any open-mouth or vigorous breathing exercises.
  • Bring your mat and any props you need, we will not be providing yoga supplies.
  • While entering the hall you will be required to wear a non-medical mask until you reach your mat to practice, you may then opt to take the mask off.
  • Keep all your belongings with you beside your mat including outdoor shoes.
  • Bathrooms will be open if needed.
  • Our clean yoga blankets will be available to sign out for use at your space on top of the carpet, under your yoga mat. (You can take home for washing between classes – optional)

  • ENMAX Building Redevelopment @ 108 Mission Road
    Four affordable housing providers have been selected to purchase five parcels of City-owned land at below-market value in the communities of Crescent Heights, Erlton, Haysboro, Erin Woods and Shaganappi. These developments are expected to create 387 new affordable homes for Calgarians. The location in Erlton, at 108 Mission Rd will impact our community.
