Annual General Meeting 2023

The Board of Directors for The Parkhill Stanley Park Community Association invite you to attend the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of members to be held:

The meeting agenda, financial statements, annual report, and other meeting materials will be available prior to the meeting.

All community members may attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM). 

You are eligible to vote at our AGM if you are a current paid member of The Parkhill Stanley Park Community Association and live within our residential boundary area.

HOW TO VOTE:
You must have a paid community membership no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting time.
If you live within the boundary area and have a current community member, you will be eligible to vote.
