In January, we were advised that the City had awarded this former ENMAX parcel of land to Onward Homes for redevelopment. They have subsequently submitted a land use application to the City, which can be accessed through the link below:
Erlton Development – Old Enmax Site @ 108 Mission Rd – Comments Due May 21, 2025
Although this development is within Erlton’s boundaries, it will definitely have an impact on Parkhill. Onward’s current thinking is that the entrance to this building will be at 1st St on the north side of Mission Rd. Their current plan is to build 62 units. These will be in addition to the “up to” 197 units that have been proposed for Mission Towers on the north side of Mission Rd., and the 100 unit development that is currently under construction on the south side of Mission Rd. These combined developments will have a significant impact on our traffic and safety as we navigate 3 large multi-year construction projects.
