Your voice matters.  There is currently a Land Use Application before the City that envisions building “Mission Towers”.  It proposes a 31m high (up to 10 storey) building along the north side of Mission Rd from the new building at Macleod Tr (8 Mission Rd) to the Mission 34 building.

Both the current Area Redevelopment Plan and the Chinook Communities Local Area Plan limit the height of new development along Mission Rd to “up to 6 storeys” and this application clearly exceeds that maximum allowable height.
